If gas prices are high, we’ll have to charge you an additional amount to the total of your fishing trip, to cover the extra fuel cost. We hope you understand and thank you.

1. When a booking is made by the customer there is no refund on the deposit. That's what the deposit is for. To hold your fishing day.
2. During a foul weather situation, the customer gets one month to reschedule their trip, starting from the date of the cancellation, for the same year that their trip was booked for.
3. Cancellation caused by mechanical problems, the customer gets one month to reschedule their trip in the same year. Ronand will give a discount of 10% from their next rescheduled fishing trip date.
4. A cancellation by the customer for whatever reason, has to be made 21 days prior the date of their fishing trip. If a rescheduling of their trip is accepted, no new deposit is required.
5. All other cancellations done in less than 21 days, a new deposit is required, or Ronand BGF decide otherwise to accept without a new Deposit.
6. No booking will be made without a valid Credit card. The current deposit amount is $200 for a fishing or diving trip.
7. In the past, we at Ronand BGF have been very fair for our clients. This cancellation policy is the result of the behavior from some of our customers and we are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause to those who are good clients. We hope that you understand this new situation and we hope to serve you for many years to come.
